What are shipping rates? How about the return policy?

Shipping is simple and affordable with Heal Yes! For USA orders $49 and above, shipping is completely free - just add your favorites to cart and enjoy complimentary delivery. Orders under $49 within the USA have a flat shipping rate of just $3.99-4.99. We ship globally, and for Canada-based orders over $150 USD, shipping is also free. We're USA-based and ship from Texas.

All orders are processed quickly, and you'll receive tracking information once your package ships. We continually expand our international shipping locations, so if your country isn't currently available, feel free to contact us as we may be able to accommodate special shipping requests.

Many small and medium-sized beauty and wellness companies avoid returns, but we certainly allow them! With a few caveats, that is: Returns (or exchanges) can happen within 30 days of receiving your items. Final-sale items include samples, lab tests, gift cards, or any other item labeled 'final sale.' The unique lab tests seem helpful but expensive; if I had to pick one, which do you suggest?

The lab tests we offer within Heal Yes! are unique—self-assessments you won't simply find in a doctor's office—and can provide utterly invaluable insights about wellness. Here are a couple tests to consider at the forefront:

1. Amino Acid Health Assessment: This is the best test to help identify the areas of your personal health to focus on first! This test is conducted via urine.

2. Comprehensive 14-Panel Chronic Fatigue Profile Blood Test: With an eye on hormones, chronic inflammation, thyroid function, anemia, diabetes, metabolic function, stress, and two common viruses; this panel is a powerful tool towards your wellness goal. This test will require you to pop by your local LabCorp for a blood-draw.

Also, consider these two panels, especially if you suspect you have methylation (e.g., MTHFR) issues:

Optimal Wellness Genetic Insights Panel Cheek Swab: This comprehensive self-analysis option analyzes genetics in 7 key areas of health (methylation, neurotransmitters, mitochondrial health, detoxification, inflammation, and more) and provides genetically targeted nutritional suggestions. This test is conducted via a cheek swab.

4. MTHFR/COMT Genetic Methylation Profile Cheek Swab: When methylation is working, it helps you feel full of energy, in a good mood, and just generally well! When it is not working, you can feel tired, depressed, irritable, run-down, susceptible to infections, foggy-brained, and just plain "toxic." This genetic methylation profile looks for two specific gene variants key in methylation. This test is conducted via a cheek swab.
